Citadines Amigo Iloilo

The staff are awesome, from Raphaelo from the front desk to those that are in the restaurant - warm, helpful and attentive. They go out of their way to be of help. Also the housekeeping team, greets you with a sincere smile.

Front desk staff were accommodating, attentive, efficient. My hotel room was clean, It located at the heart of old Iloilo City. Manifesto (restaurant and bar) has delicious and reasonable priced food. Happy Hour was great, we had so much fun! Manifesto staff are the best in service, from kitchen staff to dining area staff and bar, especially Jake! If you visit, try their Crispy Pata! Its a bit pricey, but all worth it, I think its one of Iloilo's Best Crispy Pata, in my experience.

We liked the contemporary interiors. The rooms and common areas are well-maintained and clean. Staff are friendly, polite, courteous and attentive. We also liked that the hotel has a restaurant at the 2/F, for breakfast and dinner (we arrived late at night and managed to get dinner there before closing).

The accessibility to all main establishments like hospitals. Malls. Supermarkets etc. Is the main reason why we stay in this hotel. And while staying, we observe cleanliness and warm welcome of all staff we encountered and their continuous care and wonderful assistance whenever whatever.

Breakfast was tasty and well prepared. Location of hotel is great near markets, restaurants and Esplanade. Hotel Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms spacious and modern.
