The staff are awesome, from Raphaelo from the front desk to those that are in the restaurant - warm, helpful and attentive. They go out of their way to be of help. Also the housekeeping team, greets you with a sincere smile.

When we travel, we always look for Ascott brands if available, and decided to stay here. And this hotel didn’t disappoint. The rooms are spacious, clean and bright, equipped with appliances and necessities (ie earth-friendly large-size toiletries and water jug/dispenser) and the hotel staff are wonderful. This hotel has bikes that the guests can use too, we hope to bike around the city next time we’re back.

Front desk staff were accommodating, attentive, efficient. My hotel room was clean, It located at the heart of old Iloilo City. Manifesto (restaurant and bar) has delicious and reasonable priced food. Happy Hour was great, we had so much fun! Manifesto staff are the best in service, from kitchen staff to dining area staff and bar, especially Jake! If you visit, try their Crispy Pata! Its a bit pricey, but all worth it, I think its one of Iloilo's Best Crispy Pata, in my experience.

We liked the contemporary interiors. The rooms and common areas are well-maintained and clean. Staff are friendly, polite, courteous and attentive. We also liked that the hotel has a restaurant at the 2/F, for breakfast and dinner (we arrived late at night and managed to get dinner there before closing).

The accessibility to all main establishments like hospitals. Malls. Supermarkets etc. Is the main reason why we stay in this hotel. And while staying, we observe cleanliness and warm welcome of all staff we encountered and their continuous care and wonderful assistance whenever whatever.

Everything was absolutely perfect! This hotel is a topnotch in Ilo-Ilo City!! Fantastic staff, amazing service. They are all a sweetheart!! Plus, the people of Ilo-Ilo are probably the most polite and the friendliest in the entire Philippines. Too bad we needed to change the hotel twice because they were fully booked during dinagyang. You need to have some drinks at Manifesto Restaurant on the 2nd floor. We had a bliss! Great breakfast as well, not to mention they have an amazing ala carte choices. ❤️🧡💛💚💙💜

Breakfast was tasty and well prepared. Location of hotel is great near markets, restaurants and Esplanade. Hotel Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms spacious and modern.

Accessibility to supermarket, hospitals. Malls, etc. Easy booking and good understanding very well accommodating staffs/employees. Cleanliness each and over all sections.

The staff were friendly and extra considerate. The room was clean and very comfortable. There are also lots of lobbies around to just sit and relax. I've stayed at quite a few hotels in Iloilo including the so called top hotels and I will only be staying at citadines Amigo from now on. Fantastic and see you again soon.
